Working at Mazeppa

At Mazeppa, we help manufacturing companies improve and digitalise their operations through modern ERP solutions. Our consultants work closely with customers to understand how their business works, what they need and how we can find good solutions together.

Depending on your background and experience, you may work with ERP implementation, finance, production, logistics or other parts of our customers’ business. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues and with manufacturing companies across the Nordic region and Europe.

Who are we looking for?

There is no single background that makes a good Mazeppa consultant. You might already have experience with ERP, or come from manufacturing, finance, supply chain or another part of industry.

What matters to us is that you are curious about how businesses work, interested in technology and comfortable working closely with customers and colleagues. We value people who are analytical, structured and good at communicating – and who like taking responsibility and finding practical solutions.

Relevant experience might include:

• Manufacturing or other industrial businesses

• ERP systems and implementation

• Finance and reporting

• Production, supply chain or logistics

• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree

You don’t need to tick every box. We are interested in both experienced specialists and people who want to learn and develop with us.
